• Experience with managing assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines
• Manage a staff of 8-10 employees
• Oversee clinical parameters, regulations and department standards
• Experience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your residents
• A high level of integrity
