Responsibilities- Experience with managing assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines
- Manage a staff of 8-10 employees
- Oversee clinical parameters, regulations and department standards
- Experience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your residents
- A high level of integrity
