We are currently hiring full‑time and part‑time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs). Our approach gives you the freedom to create a custom schedule that fits your personal and professional commitments. Many of our clinicians work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but schedules are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent clinical care to seniors in acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under a clinical director’s supervision
  • Document patient progress in electronic health records
  • Participate in case conferences and advance patient care plans
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in social work
  • Active LCSW license
