Gastroenterologist Opportunity – Vassar Brothers Medical Center (75 miles from New York City). Generous $75,000 sign-on bonus/retention package plus relocation allowance offered to full-time candidates.

Vassar Brothers Medical Center, part of Nuvance Health and now Northwell Health, has an excellent opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in Poughkeepsie, New York, located about 75 miles north of New York City. This is an opportunity to join a long-established, busy, and growing practice. Responsibilities include both outpatient practice and inpatient coverage. The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible and eager to join a highly collegial team.

Located on the banks of the Hudson River, Vassar Brothers Medical Center has a new 752,000 square-foot, eight-level inpatient pavilion with 263 private medical/surgical patient rooms and 30 critical care rooms. Vassar provides leading acute and critical emergency care in the region, including Level II Trauma Service and Interventional Neuroradiology. The center has established strengths in cardiac services, neurosciences, cancer care, and women’s health.
