Project Architect

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Architect to lead projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, design expertise, and project management skills to oversee day-to-day operations, client coordination, and municipal entitlement processes. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in BIM technologies and capable of managing multidisciplinary consultant teams.

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation
• Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee municipal entitlement and permitting processes
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams using BIM tools
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with regulations
• Mentor and guide junior team members

• 10–12+ years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience in project management and architectural design leadership
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field
