We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a dynamic and collaborative architectural team in Poughkeepsie, NY
. This is a full-time, on-site role where the selected candidate will lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee design and coordination activities.

The Project Architect will play a key leadership role in project delivery, ensuring high-quality design outcomes while managing timelines, consultants, and municipal entitlement processes.

• Lead and manage architectural projects from design through construction.
• Oversee day-to-day project management
  , including schedules, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Develop and manage architectural designs using Revit and BIM-based workflows
  .
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to ensure accurate project documentation and execution.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Support and guide team members while ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
• Assist with municipal approvals and entitlement processes
  .

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 12–15 years of professional architectural experience
  .
• Strong experience in project management and architectural design
  .
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  .
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
