Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting sales, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00/hr*
* ** Shift:
** 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Receive and respond to customer requests for pricing, delivery, and order status information.

+ Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.

+ Proactively manage key customer contracts, orders, and RFQ's (request for quotes) to maintain high service levels.

+ Process and maintain order and production information within the Epicor ERP system.

+ Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

+ 1-3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ ERP experience strongly preferred (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle).

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access).

+ Willingness to learn and develop administrative skills with training and support.
