What We're Looking For:

Healey Brothers Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and energetic candidate who will join our Team. The employee’s key role will be Service Lane Assistant.

The Service Drive Lane Assistant supports the dealership’s service department by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow in the service lane, and assisting service advisors with the check‑in process. The role ensures a smooth and positive experience for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.

Assist with vehicle check‑in
, including recording mileage, noting visible damage, and confirming customer information.

Move and park vehicles safely within the dealership lot or service area.

Prepare vehicles for service
, such as installing seat covers, steering wheel covers, or floor mats.

Maintain organization of the service drive
, ensuring it remains clean, orderly, and efficient.

Retrieve vehicles for customers after service is completed.

Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks such as delivering keys, paperwork, or parts.

Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about the service process.

Follow dealership safety procedures and policies when handling vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced service lane environment

Team‑oriented attitude and reliability

Basic computer or dealership system familiarity is helpful but often not required.
