Overview
Location: Pottstown, PA – 75% Travel
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly
- Serve as the on-site technical resource for electrical installations and troubleshooting.
- Assist in planning and executing commercial electrical projects with precision.
- Mentor apprentices and junior electricians to develop technical skills.
- Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and assist the Foreman in resolving issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness for efficient workflow.
- Minimum: 3rd-year electrical apprentice with proven commercial experience.
- Journeyman's License is a plus.
- Industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints; familiarity with wiring schematics is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation details: 23-27 Hourly Wage
