Job OverviewWe’re hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation teams on commercial and residential projects. This role blends hands‑on installation with crew leadership and coordination to deliver code‑compliant work on schedule.
What You’ll Do- Lead installation teams and apprentices on projects of all sizes
- Execute installations per fire sprinkler design plans and NFPA codes
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and design/purchasing teams
- Perform hands‑on installation, operate lifts, and work at heights
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical data, and codes
- Proven experience installing and supervising fire sprinkler systems
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and jobsite safety
- Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and solve field issues
- Clear communication with internal teams and contractors
