Drives sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the Company as a destination shop for running enthusiasts.;
Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all footwear merchandise with a focus on runners.;
Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Footwear Department to Company standards.;
Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.;
Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
