As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate
, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. • Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily shoppable, using company standards as a framework for success.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: embody the behaviors that power our Customer Connection; provide stellar customer engagement and leave customers wowed with top-notch experiences.
• Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency; communicate clearly with the team and practice active listening.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to meet the needs of the business. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion in collaboration with Store Sales Manager
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and perform manual tasks safely
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
