About the Role

H&M Sales Advisor – Philadelphia Premium Outlets. As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell our products, and offer support and guidance. Use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are the same. A typical day includes the following responsibilities*

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the Omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service
• Engage with customers to offer excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers

• Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
• Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store
• Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other
• Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development

• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Follow best practices for in-store Omni Services and in-store tech services/tools
• Support opening and closing of the store
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment relevant to the role
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
