Candidate requirements

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Certification and Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
