Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN at Genesis Health Care (Pottstown Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center)

Base Pay Range: $28.00/hr – $31.00/hr

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Currently licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
