Overview
Kadima Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitative services to residents at our quaint, 41-bed facility outside of Pottstown city limits. Kadima at Pottstown emphasizes resident-centered care and a dynamic, family-centered team. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
Responsibilities- Provide rehabilitative speech-language pathology services to residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in resident assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
- Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice.
