Certified Nurse Aide CNA - Hospice​/Home Health

Job Summary

* PA Nurse Aide Certification Required*

Home Health Aides are personnel employed to provide personal care and simple housekeeping chores to selected clients. The scheduling staff will assign a specific worker to a specific client. The professional staff will complete a home health aide care plan designating work to be performed in the client's home and will instruct and supervise the worker in these duties.

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

• Relevant Experience

• Current Valid Driver's License
• BLS Certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire date

• Computer Skills to include use and navigation
• Customer Service Skills
