- Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse.
- Perform routine direct patient care activities following established policies and procedures to promote patient safety and comfort.
- Observe patients and report changes in condition to the registered nurse.
- Perform skills including phlebotomy and point of care testing (POCT).
- Assist in activities of daily living, including general hygiene, changing, light housekeeping, and taking patient vitals.

- Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience
- Prior direct patient care experience preferred, but not required for employment.
- Certification and Licensure
- BLS Certification
