At Ken Crest, our Adult Medical Community Home staff create a safe, nurturing environment for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities. As a STAFF NURSE, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing your residents’ daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and always - plenty of love. You’ll also accompany them to medical appointments, engage in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments on the patio.

Ken Crest offers a supportive 2:1 ratio where your impact is felt every day, with a dedicated team including a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and 24/7 doctor on call.

• Oversee residents’ daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, and personal care
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community outings
• Engage with medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities in daily care and activities
• Collaborate with a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and on-call doctor to ensure quality care

• Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA;
  Compact licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Clear criminal record and other background checks as required by state
