We have an opportunity for a Project Financial Analyst to support Constellation’s clean energy projects in Pottstown, PA. This on‑site role involves monitoring and controlling project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

Constellation is the nation's largest producer of clean, carbon‑free energy. As a Project Financial Analyst, you will support Constellation organizations in the monitoring and controlling of project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures through the development of project checkbooks and analysis of current and future expenditures.
Responsibilities- Apply financial management tools to prepare project checkbooks that accurately reflect monthly and yearly budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
- Process approved Project Change Requests (PCRs) to update budgets and support monthly project financial debriefs.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and special projects, such as focused area assessments, benchmarking studies, and procedure revisions.
- Assist project managers in preparing, updating, and analyzing project checkbooks, including forecasts, actual costs, and budgets, taking into account previous month expenditures and accruals.
- Identify challenges to current year or overall project budgets and develop risk and opportunity scenarios.
- Analyse real‑time monthly project expenditures to ensure proper cost coding and identify fiscal discrepancies.
- Assist project managers in resolving discrepancies through communication with vendors or departments.
- Support the development of PCR and NSAC financial presentations, monthly project reports, and CNO bi‑monthly reviews.
- Coordinate and trend post‑implementation appraisals (PIAs) and communicate results annually to the project management peer group.
- Perform any other duties pursuant to company policy, including emergency response duties and coverage.
- B Levi‐Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, OR
- Associate’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED and at least 9 years of related experience.
- Experience in financial budgeting, cost, or project estimating in a related industry.
- PMP certification within 18 months of starting the position.
- Minimum access requirement or unescorted access, as applicable, and favorable medical examination as required by the position duties.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Expertise in People Soft and Hyperion viande financial systems.
- Salary range $75,000 – $100,000.
