Math Teacher - Pottstown Campus (Grades 7-12) —

Pottstown, PA.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (Potential for additional hours or full-time) Salary: $25/hour.

Are you passionate about making math meaningful and accessible for students? Do you enjoy helping middle and high schoolers build confidence and curiosity in the classroom? Buxmont Academy in Pottstown, PA is seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to support students in grades 7 through 12.

As a Math Teacher, you will work in small classrooms to provide focused instruction and support. You will design engaging, accessible lessons that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and a love of math. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that supports students  academic success and personal development.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Math Education (or related field), with teaching certification (or the ability to obtain it).
• Passion for working with secondary school students and adapting lessons to their developmental needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in educational technology and a desire to integrate it into lessons.
