Location: Pottstown, PA
Salary Range: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

SummaryThe Administrative Office Coordinator is an exciting and pivotal role in managing the dynamic administrative operations of our Pottstown site! This position is the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support to our amazing psychiatric staff, and ensuring the smooth, day-to-day functioning of office activities.
Responsibilities- Oversee administrative operations and perform receptionist duties for our valued clients and visitors
- Support our dedicated psychiatric staff with administrative tasks, including preparing charts and collecting copays
- Schedule appointments and manage medical record requests with precision
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational for a seamless experience
- Manage office supply purchases, petty cash, and weekly bank deposits to keep our operations thriving
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall office operations with enthusiasm!
- High attention to accuracy in data entry – we value precision!
- Ability to work collaboratively with our incredible clinical and psychiatric staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging phone calls with professionalism
- Excellent customer service and communication skills that shine!
- Sound decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities to tackle any challenge
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
