** Job Summary
** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite position requiring a strong understanding of critical facility systems and a commitment to ensuring optimal operational performance.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** System Expertise:
** Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including:  +
** UPS:
** Uninterruptible Power Supplies  +
** Generators:
** Backup power generation systems  +
** Chillers:
** Refrigeration systems for cooling equipment  +
** Switchgear:
** Electrical distribution and control equipment  +
** Commercial HVAC:
** Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems  +
** Building Automation Systems (BAS)**  +
** Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)**
* ** Operational Excellence:**  + Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems.  + Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring.  + Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment.  + Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
* ** 24/7 Support:
** Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required.
* ** Continuous Improvement:
** Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
** Qualifications
* ** 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field.
* Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools.

* * Primary Location Pay Range: $74,339.76 - $Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
