Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to apply your classroom‑learned skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities. This position is expected to start in‑person around May 2026 and continue through the entire summer term (i.e., May 2026 through August 2026). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time and on‑site, for most internships.

Onsite position located in Poteau, OK

• Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions, and review as needed
• Documentation of new processes
• You will partner with and influence stakeholders across the organization, such as Operations, Product, and Technology address process related activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or other related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to write reports and analyze raw data

The hourly pay rate is $25/hr
