Plant Reliability Technician — Electro-Mechanical Systems

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Compensation is based on your experience and qualifications.

• Execute advanced troubleshooting on production equipment and supporting systems.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, including component replacements and alignments.
• Install and commission equipment with attention to safety and precision.
• Assist with mobile equipment repair, welding, and general maintenance tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in a skilled trade or industrial maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated strength in troubleshooting and maintenance workflows.
• Industrial electrical background preferred; valid electrician’s license helpful but not required.
• PLC familiarity preferred, not required.
• Must be able to discern color for color-coded wiring.
• Thrives in fast-paced production environments.
• Comfortable with basic computer functions and office software.
• Available for overtime and on-call coverage as needed.
• Advanced technical training (trade school or higher) and motivation for continuous learning.
