EIFS​/Plaster Installer

Summary Applies Exterior Insulated Finish System to walls, ceilings, and partitions of buildings, to produce finished surface by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Cuts foam

* Installs the foam insulation to the substrate

* Mix base and finishing coats to desired consistency

* Erects and tears down scaffolds

* Rasp/Sand foam to create smooth surface

* Applies base coat to foam

* Applies fiberglass mesh by embedding the mesh with base coat

* Applies finish coat

* Spreads base and finish coat with trowel and/or float to attain uniform thickness
