All Klean is hiring a Water Restoration Technician in Post Falls, Idaho.

This position is a Water Restoration Technician, which is an entry level position with tons of potential! You will be assisting a crew chief and learning the trade of water damage mitigation. We dry out flooded homes and businesses and get to be the hero in our customer's difficult situation. If you so desire, you will have the opportunity to move into more lucrative paying positions such as Flex Tech and Crew Chief.

Starting pay is $19-21 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement. There is a requirement of on call hours, including nights and weekends. Normal schedule is 8-5ish Monday-Friday. • Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with rest of the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
