Sales & Service Lot Attendant Findlay Jeep & Dodge New Car Dealership About the Role

Are you someone who loves cars, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person who keeps things moving smoothly? Our Jeep & Dodge dealership is looking for an energetic Sales & Service Lot Attendant to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests arrive to the moment they drive away.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our lot—organizing vehicles, assisting customers, and supporting both our Sales and Service teams.

• Keep the new-car inventory looking sharp and organized.
• Move and park vehicles for display, test drives, and photos.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and showroom-ready.
• Help the sales team pull vehicles for customers and set up test-drive experiences.
• Assist with tagging, staging, and tracking incoming inventory.

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Safely move customer vehicles to and from the service bays and parking areas.
• Keep the service lot organized and traffic flowing smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming service drive area.
• Support advisors and technicians with light tasks as needed.

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and enjoys staying active throughout the day.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must Pass a drug screen.
