Retail Sales Associate

Alien Gear Holsters is a worldwide leader in civilian, law enforcement, and military holsters, life‑saving tactical gear and accessories. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store and reception area.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Basic knowledge of all company products to include firearms and holsters. We provide in‑depth training.
• Provide information about products and services, including availability, pricing and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and reception area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management and merchandising.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling in‑store order appointments.
• Direct visitors by maintaining department directories and notifying departments of their visitors.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
• Support the customer service and sales team with various tasks as needed.

• Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Must be knowledgeable and comfortable of handling and clearing firearms.
