About Idaho Youth Ranch

Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission:

As a Grader in one of our Distribution Centers, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by sorting donated items, sending quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits fund our programs and services and make them accessible to all youth who need them.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an eye for detail and quality

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
• Sort donated goods into a variety of categories
• Work to meet production goals
• Have a safety mindset

As a 501(c)(3) Non‑Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
