Interested but no CNC experience? No problem. At Metal Quest, we believe many skills can be taught-but attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are what sets an excellent team apart from the rest.

What You'll Learn and Do:

• How to operate advanced CNC machines
• How to use precision measuring tools
• How to read blueprints and make quality parts
• How to troubleshoot and maintain consistent production

Starting Pay: $24 - $29 (depending on shifts)

• 1st Shift : $24 / hour (starting rate depending on shifts and increases based on experience)
  • Friday - Sunday 3:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Eligible for 36 hours worked but 40 hours paid (earn an extra 4 hours!)
• 2nd Shift : $29 / hour (starting rate depending on shifts and increases based on experience)
  • Friday - Sunday 3:00 pm - 3:00 am
  • Eligible for 36 hours worked but 40 hours paid (earn an extra 4 hours!)

** ALL SHIFTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON WEEKDAYS FOR THE FIRST 4-8 WEEKS*
