Objective: As a welder you'll help fabricate complex machinery, welding in multiple positions and following products through to completion. Perfect for professionals who thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Welder Responsibilities:
- Fabricate structural assemblies from blueprints and specifications
- Weld in multiple positions using MIG and related techniques
- Inspect weld size, spacing, and quality against production standards
- Clean slag, spatter, tack welds, and bracing
- Prepare and clean parts prior to welding
Welder Requirements:
- 2+ years welding experience (3+ years preferred)
- Skilled in blueprint reading and weld layout interpretation
- Ability to maintain quality in high‑output environment
- Comfortable working in varied physical positions and temperatures
Welder
Physical Requirements:
- MIG welders, grinders, and hand tools
- Fabrication stations with overhead ventilation
- 55–88°F production environment
- Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Safety gear required (gloves, welding mask, etc.)
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wage: $23.00–$28.00/hr doe
