Atlas Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a busy heavy equipment manufacturing company in the Post Falls area. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on equipment uptime, safety, and team development.

You’ll lead the maintenance function and stay actively involved in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You’ll prioritize work to support production and help drive safer, more reliable equipment performance.

• Lead, train, and coach maintenance team members on safe, effective work practices
• Assign and prioritize work orders to support production schedules and critical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including fabrication and machining‑related machinery
• Support preventative maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Diagnose failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate equipment installs, rebuilds, and planned downtime/shutdown work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and help plan parts, tools, and materials
• Enforce safety procedures including lockout/tagout and safe work practices around industrial equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment including:
  • CNC and manual machines, press brakes and saws
  • Overhead cranes and hoists
  • Gearboxes, pumps, motors, rotating equipment
• Prior lead or supervisor experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read prints/schematics
• Welding ability and comfort working around industrial electrical systems
• Experience with cranes/rigging and material handling systems is a plus

• $28–34/hr, depending on experience

• Monday–Thursday
• 5:00am–3:30pm (4x10s)

• Consistent schedule with a 3‑day weekend every week
• Lead role with real ownership of uptime and safety
