Your mission- Own the reliability of electrical systems that power advanced aluminum recycling operations.
- Install and service electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures throughout the facility.
- Plan and place conduits and piping for cable routing; replace conduit, wire, and circuit breakers while ensuring code compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and perform precision repairs to restore performance.
- Use engineering drawings and manuals to install, calibrate, and maintain electrical apparatus within intricate manufacturing setups.
- Repair motors, wiring, and control cabinets; maintain mobile equipment including forklifts, pay loaders, and skid steer loaders.
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance or the electrical trade.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance acumen.
- Electrician’s license a plus; PLC experience preferred.
- Ability to distinguish color‑coded conductors.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving production environment.
- Basic computer and office software proficiency.
- Availability for overtime and on‑call needs.
- Advanced technical training (trade school or higher) and a willingness to keep learning.
