Position: RECRUITER - HUMAN RESOURCES

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our Administration team. This position is a full‑time, 40‑hour, Monday‑through‑Friday role with flexible scheduled hours. Our ideal candidate has healthcare recruitment experience and a great sense of humor.

Job Details

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (scheduled hours flexible).

Responsibilities
  • Full‑cycle recruitment of employees.
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
  • Collaborate with department managers regularly to identify future hiring needs.
  • Use various sourcing channels, including social media networks and employee referrals, to attract candidates.
Qualifications &

Preferred Experience
  • High School Diploma.
  • Enthusiasm for the mission of Northwest Specialty Hospital and the patients we serve.
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task.
  • Very detail‑oriented Boats and organized.
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws.
  • One year of recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Healthcare recruiting and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • SHRM, PHR, or RCR certification preferred.
