Business Development Liaison - Full Time

Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital in Post Falls, Idaho is a long‑term acute care hospital dedicated to patients with serious, medically complex conditions that require extended hospitalization and specialized care. We provide advanced critical care services for individuals recovering from severe illness or injury – including ventilator weaning and respiratory therapy, complex wound care, post‑intensive care rehabilitation, and management of multiple organ system conditions.

Our highly skilled team of physicians, critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, and rehabilitation specialists deliver around‑the‑clock care with a focus on stabilizing health and promoting recovery. The hospital features advanced monitoring equipment and all private rooms to enhance patient comfort and safety. Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital is expanding its services and will be opening an in‑patient rehabilitation (IRU) unit to pair with its long‑term acute care beds.

The IRU will provide acute rehabilitation services to patients with neurologic, orthopedic, cardiac and respiratory disease. We are seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
  • Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
