Pediatric & Adolescent Mental Health Counselor (1099 Independent Contractor)

Liberty Lake, WA

Inner light Wellness is a newly established Pediatric and Adolescent Wellness Center located in Liberty Lake, Washington. We are seeking a Washington State–licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations.

• Contractor is required to execute a separate office lease agreement
• Contractor will pay a fixed monthly lease rate for use of designated office space
• Lease includes furnished office, utilities, and shared clinic amenities
• Contractor is responsible for all self-employment taxes, insurance, and licensure maintenance

• Private furnished clinical office
• Computer and secure EHR access
• Front-end administrative support
• Waiting room, common areas, and break room
• Utilities including power and internet

• Provide outpatient counseling services to pediatric and adolescent patients
• Maintain independent control over scheduling and caseload
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and applicable law
• Collaborate voluntarily with other providers as part of an interdisciplinary wellness model

• Active Washington State license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric and/or adolescent mental health
• Ability to practice independently within a shared clinical environment
• Commitment to ethical and professional standards

As Inner light Wellness expands, there may be future opportunities for independent contractors to transition to W-2 employee status, subject to mutual agreement and business needs. Potential employee benefits may include medical benefit options, 401(k) participation, and reimbursement for certifications or continuing education; however, such benefits are not guaranteed and are not part of the current independent contractor arrangement.
