Associate Optometrist (Part-Time/Full‑Time) – Post Falls, Idaho (Post Falls, , USA)

Eyes On Eyecare is a well‑established, locally owned optometry practice looking for a motivated, caring optometrist to join our team 3 or more days per week. We have a fun, supportive, patient‑centered environment and do not work evenings or weekends, closing early on Fridays.

Post Falls, Idaho – a small town offering lakes, mountains, and nearby access to Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

• Schedule:
  
  3 to 5 days per week (full‑time or part‑time)
• Compensation:
  Up to $175,000 base (plus bonus based on production) depending on experience and days per week

• Support practice growth through high‑quality care and positive patient relationships

• Active optometry license in the state of Idaho
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and a sense of humor
• Willingness to work 3 or more days per week and maintain the practice’s schedule
