ENDOSCOPY TECHNICIAN – ENDOSCOPY
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our Endoscopy Team.
Under the supervision of the registered nurse, the Technician assists physicians performing endoscopic procedures both in the endoscopy unit and the OR, obtains specimens, and maintains a safe and clean environment. Demonstrates the ability to safely and carefully set up and disconnect endoscopic equipment and reprocess scopes according to established manufacturer guidelines. Maintains endoscopic equipment and supplies as needed. Works under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance.

Preferred Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to achieve CPR certification within 60 days of employment.
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.
- Must be able to work independently with good time management.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- CNA license is preferred.
