The modern accommodation is spacious, comfortable and designed for easy accessibility. Private bedrooms are fully furnished, with a flat screen TV and en-suite shower room as standard. Residents may bring their own home accessories and furniture to personalise their space.
AboutThe Role
This role can be full time, part time or maternity cover, and may become permanent. As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you will uphold professionalism, kindness and compassion. You will plan and provide high-quality care that makes residents feel safe, respected and independent.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they meet the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and effective communication with colleagues are key parts of your role. You will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical, social and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and conduct medication audits to ensure orders are in proper place.

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will be positive, capable of building strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

Requirements- Medications experience within a care setting
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Educated to a minimum GCSE/NVQ 3 or above (or equivalent) with a good standard of English
- Previous care experience
- Previous experience in a care home setting
- Experience supervising staff
