CDL Driver​/Diesel Technician

Overview

CDL TEST DRIVER/DIESEL TRUCK TECHNICIAN NEEDED. OPENINGS ARE AVAILABLE UP TO $120,000 PLUS ANNUALLY.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Test drives after repairs are completed - CDL REQUIRED.
• Engine repairs, valve adjustments, fuel injector replacements, overhauls.
• Transmission and driveline: clutches, PTO'S, U-joints, overhauls, differentials.
• Electrical diagnostics, computer diagnostics, wire by wire analysis.
• Trailer repairs to include lighting, suspension, brakes and doors.
• HVAC diagnostics, repairs and charging.
• Welding: minor to medium weld repairs.
• Federal DOT Inspections.

We are American Fleet Service, and we are looking for all levels of Diesel Truck Technicians with diagnostic experience that want an opportunity to have some control over their income and career. We service all makes and models of trucks and trailers. We’re a 17-year well established and maintained Independent Diesel Truck Shop in Tidewater Virginia. • Valid driver’s license.
• Your own tools / Large shop tools and diagnostic tools supplied.

• State Inspection License.
• ASE Certifications.
• EPA
  609 A/C Certification.
• Technical School Training.
