Position: Sr. Database Programmer (on-site) with Security Clearance
Overview ISHPI is seeking a Sr. Database Programmer (on-site) to support the Command and Control (C2) Afloat Integration Support (C2

AIS) for the U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5

ISC) in Portsmouth, VA. This role will manage the supported systems of the C5

ISC and provides services to include system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, test engineering, electronic engineering, and technical writing. Responsibilities Responsible for providing technical support in developing and maintaining database applications. 3GL/4GL programming; use of CASE tools (as required); performance of systems maintenance and/or modification; application software testing and support; system documentation (as required); information systems planning (as required);

and systems/business process analysis (as required). May serve as Team Leader on complex projects. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Database Management related field, such as database administrator, clinical data manager, or computer and information systems manager, and a minimum of four (4) years database programming or analysis experience using programming languages (e.g. Rails, Oracle, SQL, MySQL, .NET, and Java etc.). Certification: A current System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or equivalent certification is required.

Additional specific information assurance certification requirements may be required at the task order level. Security Clearance:
