Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) t of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. This role is a frontline leader in an outpatient clinic setting; healthcare experience is not required.

What you can expect as a Healthcare Operations Manager:

• Financial management. Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting expenses, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance.
• Autonomy. You run your own clinic with support from the director, regional peers and the DaVita organization.

• Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by DVP/ROD.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change).
• Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and financial teams to achieve business goals.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
