Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join our growing oncology program in Coastal Virginias Hampton Roads region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and expand a high-quality breast surgery program in collaboration with our multidisciplinary oncology team.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care for high-risk and cancer patients, with full integration across medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical services. Youll have access to a comprehensive cancer service line and an experienced team dedicated to seamless, coordinated care.

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment work closely with nurse navigators, oncologists, radiation specialists, and dedicated nursing staff

• Comprehensive cancer program surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, and outpatient infusion (OPIC) all within the Bon Secours network

• Modern facilities: Primary surgery locations at Harbour View (North Suffolk) and DePaul Surgery Center (Norfolk)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

• Typical week: 2-3 OR days and 2-3 clinic days

• Patient volume: ~20 adult patients per clinic day

• Call: No general surgery call; responsible only for own patients (except PTO coverage)

• Technology: EPIC EMR and MyChart for telemedicine as appropriate

• Fellowship-trained in Breast Surgery

• Minimum 3-5 years of surgical experience

• Proven ability to build and grow a program

• Strong collaborative approach with a passion for advancing breast cancer care
