The role:

Warehouse Team Leader

As the Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities within both the Dispatch and Goods In Department, as the role is multifunctional.

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Team Leader ​

* Overseeing all stages of the operational process and workflow, from receiving incoming deliveries to organising and storing goods within the warehouse

* Ensuring safe and timely execution of processes accurately

* Maintaining and ensuring all completed transactions are accurately recorded, and all products are correctly stored and clearly labelled

* Utilising and maintaining warehouse management systems to track stock levels and locations

* Enforcing safety and security protocols within the warehouse, to ensure own and safety of others

* Implementing periodic stock checks

​Required

Skills and Qualifications – Warehouse Team Leader

* Knowledge of warehouse management systems and confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel ​

* A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a warehouse or team leader role

* Forklift License – Bendi Truck/Counter balance are desirable but not essential

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ​

* Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle unexpected issues ​

* Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring manual handling
