Counterbalance Forklift Driver

The Best Connection are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to work day / night shifts for our busy client based in Portsmouth.

You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Collaborating with team members to ensure the operation runs smoothly during peak times
Manual handling
Racking fruit deliveries onto the aisles
Unloading and loading ship containers safely and efficiently
Performing routine inspections on equipment to ensure minimise risks
Lifting heavy loads safely
Following the health and safety procedure

What we are looking for:

All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license
Experience is preferred
Understanding of the warehouse procedures and systems All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license.

Day shifts: 07:00 - 18:00 paid at £15.24p/h

Night shifts: 18:00 - 06:00 paid at £17.54p/h
