Role OverviewAs a Service Delivery Agent, you will ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected throughout the workday. You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Thriftys management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and collect vehicles from various locations.
- Identify and record vehicle damage using appropriate documentation/systems per Thrifty's damage management procedure.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stages.
