Lifeguard

Overview

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.

• Oversee poolside safety for indoor and outdoor pools as part of the Lifeguard role.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and tests are conducted in line with company guidelines.
• Respond to member needs and contribute to a positive member experience.

• Must hold a NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• A team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
