Responsibilities and duties of the Field Service Engineer role Reporting to the director you will:
Carry out field service visits across Southampton and surrounding areas Diagnose faults and troubleshoot compressed air systems in live customer environments Perform servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations of compressed air equipment Provide technical support and recommendations to customers Ensure compressed air systems are operating safely and efficiently Accurately complete service reports, documentation, and job records
