Multi-trader required for a highly regarded regional developer. ITS Building people are looking for a Multi-trader to assist our client with a project based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Own transport would be beneficial.

This contract will be ongoing, with working hours being flexible 5-day week, working Saturdays and Sundays as standard working days with 2 rest days in the week.

Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.

• Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites
• Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including:
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues
• Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings
• Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works
• Attend appointments on time and maintain professional conduct in tenant-occupied homes
• Use our digital job management system to log job progress and completion details

• Competence across several core trades, including:
• Basic plumbing
• Carpentry (minor works)
• Tiling
• Patch plastering and decorating
• Good customer service skills and experience working in occupied homes
• Additional trade skills (e.g. flooring, fencing, external works) highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools for the trades you carry out
