Our team is passionate about craftsmanship and delivering exceptional results. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wood Floor Fitter to join our dynamic team with an immediate start.

Job Description:As a Floor Fitter, you will be responsible for predominantly installing engineered (and sometimes solid) wood flooring, plus restoration (sand & seal) with some repair work, in residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that our clients will continue to receive the highest standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site surveys (to assess the requirements of a job to quote accurately)
• Install wood flooring according to industry standards and client specifications.
• Repair and replace damaged wood flooring.
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wood Floor Fitter.
• Strong knowledge of wood flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
